1. Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns and consider refunds under the following conditions:

  • The items are unopened
  • The items are in their full, original packaging
  • The packaging is undamaged
  • The products are still within their expiry date

Any items that do not meet all of the above criteria will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Opened or partially consumed products
  • Damaged items (unless reported as damaged upon delivery)
  • Products past their expiry date
  • Items not in original packaging
