Thank you for shopping with Hell UK Online (trading name of One7 Logistics Group Ltd). This Postage & Shipping Policy outlines how we handle the delivery of our energy drinks and iced coffee beverages.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently offer FREE DELIVERY to mainland United Kingdom addresses only. Unfortunately, we do not offer delivery to:

  • Northern Ireland
  • The Scottish Highlands & Islands
  • Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, or Channel Islands
  • International destinations
  • Orders placed with delivery addresses outside mainland UK will have the necessary surcharges applied, or maybe cancelled.

2. Shipping Costs

All prices listed on our website include postage and packaging costs.
There are no additional shipping fees added at checkout (not including the locations specified in clause 1)

3. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed after [cut-off time, e.g. 2pm] will be processed the next working day.

4. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after dispatch.
  • While we aim to meet these delivery estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (e.g. courier delays, weather conditions).

5. Delivery Service

We use reputable UK courier services to ensure your order arrives safely. A tracking number may be provided where available.

6. Failed Deliveries

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
  • If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect information or missed delivery, re-delivery may not be guaranteed.
  • We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect address details.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number and photographic evidence where possible.

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

8. Risk and Ownership

Ownership of the Products transfers to you once the order has been delivered to the address provided.
